BACKGROUND

Antibodies targeting Adenosin A2A receptor are used in fundamental and applied research. Nethertheless, main of them are polyclonaland more or less specific because of their epitope wich is intracellular: so, researchers often need to lyse cells and experimental material to obtain some results with this kind of antibodies.

KEY BENEFITS vs. STATE OF THE ART

Efficient and specific mAb:

Our mAb recognizes specifically the extracellular epitope of the Adenosin A2A receptor.

--> High value for diagnosis:

  • Easy to couple to an enzymatic biomarker (isotopicor fluorescent) for flow cytometry
  • Targets cells that express the Adenosin A2A receptor without lysing them.

APPLICATIONS

  • R&D diagnostics:
    • Diagnosis of hypoxia, syncop, kidney and heart failures, inflammatory diseases, septicemia,…
  • Therapeutics:
    • Potentially anti pain and anti inflammatory treatments
