Monocationic lipophosphoramidate synthetic vectors for gene or drug delivery

The present invention consists of a novel family of cationic lipids called lipophosphoramidates which were shown to be efficient in vivo as well as ex vivo.

This new class of synthetic vectors were designed to cross efficiently and safely the different cell barriers. More, they are organized as nanocarriers for DNA, RNA and molecular drugs.

Published data clearly show that these carriers are suitable for several applications (see references below).

In addition to the providing of synthetic carriers, our evaluation platform offers some facilities from in vivo bioluminescence to inflammatory and hepatotoxicity measurements.
