BACKGROUND

In critical sectors including defense, rescue or air traffic control services, …, failures often have dramatic consequences. Such organizations have to more and more comply with High Reliability Organization (HRO) regulations, especially in the USA. However, few solutions exist to objectively qualify the organizational reliability.

THREO is a software dedicated to assess the reliability of an organization through real-time processing and monitoring of key parameters, e.g. situation awareness
or resilience. THREO fits ideally within Virtual Reality (VR) trainings. If bundled with monitoring of cardiac parameters of the actors, THREO formalizes their stress.

THREO can assess the vulnerability of the organization under pressure, later being able to improve the collaborative management of the stress. The metrics used have been developed and tested in complex critical organizations.

Existing solutions are mostly custom, hence do not expose their features openly. However, THREO differentiates through:
