Il a vocation \u00e0 soutenir les start-ups technologiques en phase de post-maturation, notamment des start-up de la Deep Tech et de moins de 3 ans. <\/span><\/p>\n<p>L&#8217;originalit\u00e9 du fonds French Tech Seed repose sur une m\u00e9canisme de prescripteurs labellis\u00e9s et un effet de levier sur l&#8217;investissement priv\u00e9. Ces prescripteurs garantiront le caract\u00e8re technologique et les investisseurs priv\u00e9 le potentiel de d\u00e9veloppement de l&#8217;entreprise. Les entreprises dont la technologie est valid\u00e9e par les prescripteurs et qui b\u00e9n\u00e9ficient d&#8217;investissements priv\u00e9s pourront ainsi se voir accorder un financement en obligations convertibles par Bpifrance pouvant aller jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 deux tiers du tour de table.<\/p>\n<p><span id=\"ember289\" class=\"ember-view\">Les 18 structures laur\u00e9ates de cette premi\u00e8re vague ont su r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 quatre crit\u00e8res : <\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span id=\"ember289\" class=\"ember-view\">Le potentiel \u00e0 proposer des projets de cr\u00e9ation d&#8217;entreprise innovante \u00e0 forte dimensions intensit\u00e9 technologique<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span id=\"ember289\" class=\"ember-view\">La garantie du caract\u00e8re innovant et technologique des projets<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span id=\"ember289\" class=\"ember-view\">La garantie d&#8217;un suivi et d&#8217;un accompagnement de l&#8217;entreprise dans ses dimensions strat\u00e9gique, de d\u00e9veloppement et de financement<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span id=\"ember289\" class=\"ember-view\">La capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 mobilier l&#8217;\u00e9cosyst\u00e8me de financements priv\u00e9s.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Les 18 laur\u00e9ats de la 1\u00e8re vague :<\/strong><\/p>\n<table style=\"height: 589px;
