{"id":1531,"date":"2015-03-30T11:18:21","date_gmt":"2015-03-30T09:18:21","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.satt.fr\/?p=1531"},"modified":"2017-11-13T16:56:31","modified_gmt":"2017-11-13T15:56:31","slug":"nouvelle-voie-naturelle-de-regulation-des-genes","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.satt.fr\/en\/nouvelle-voie-naturelle-de-regulation-des-genes\/","title":{"rendered":"Nouvelle voie naturelle de r\u00e9gulation des g\u00e8nes"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Un dogme scientifique boulevers\u00e9 par une \u00e9quipe de recherche du Laboratoire de Recherche en Sciences V\u00e9g\u00e9tales \u2013 Toulouse<\/p>\n<p>Au c\u0153ur de l\u2019actualit\u00e9 autour de la nouvelle loi pour la protection de la nature et de la biodiversit\u00e9, l\u2019\u00e9quipe de recherche \u00ab Symbiose Mycorhizienne et Signalisation Cellulaire \u00bb du LRSV (Universit\u00e9 Toulouse III \u2013 Paul Sabatier \/ CNRS) <strong>vient de r\u00e9volutionner les recherches men\u00e9es sur les microARNs.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>En effet, la c\u00e9l\u00e8bre revue scientifique Nature vient de publier l\u2019article du LRSV consacr\u00e9 \u00e0 cette avanc\u00e9e majeure. Nature, la revue de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence internationale, diffuse en ligne la publication des r\u00e9sultats de cette recherche. Sa version papier sera disponible \u00e0 partir du 02 avril.<\/p>\n<p>Les microARNs sont des mol\u00e9cules d\u2019Acide RiboNucl\u00e9ique (ARN) courtes impliqu\u00e9es dans la r\u00e9gulation de l\u2019expression de nombreux g\u00e8nes. \u00c0 ce jour, les microARNs ont toujours \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9put\u00e9s non-codants. Les chercheurs de l\u2019\u00e9quipe \u00ab Symbiose Mycorhizienne et Signalisation Cellulaire \u00bb du LRSV ont boulevers\u00e9 ce dogme scientifique en mettant en \u00e9vidence que les transcrits primaires des microARNs codent, chez les plantes, pour des micropeptides (MicroPep\u00ae). L\u2019un des \u00e9l\u00e9ments cl\u00e9s de cette d\u00e9couverte tient dans le fait que les MicroPep\u00ae augmentent sp\u00e9cifiquement l\u2019expression du microARN dont ils sont issus. Ainsi, par effet de cascade, les MicroPep\u00ae ont un impact sur l\u2019expression des g\u00e8nes cibles r\u00e9gul\u00e9s par ledit microARN. <strong>Cette approche, par la simple application des MicroPep\u00ae, poss\u00e8de comme avantage d\u2019utiliser des mol\u00e9cules naturelles, biod\u00e9gradables, hautement s\u00e9lectives et de faible impact \u00e9cologique.<br \/>\n <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Pour consulter l&#8217;article complet et le communiqu\u00e9 de presse : <a title=\"Toulouse Tech Transfer -
