La technologie innovante brevet\u00e9e<\/b><\/strong><strong><b>\u00a0permet<\/b><\/strong><strong><b>\u00a0\u00a0une extraction s\u00e9lective des m\u00e9taux strat\u00e9giques et des terres rares (cuivre, cobalt, nickel, pras\u00e9odyme, n\u00e9odyme, cuivre\u2026). S\u2019inscrivant dans une logique d\u2019\u00e9conomie circulaire sur la base d\u2019innovations technologiques, le projet de startup MeCaWaRe se positionne comme producteur de m\u00e9taux strat\u00e9giques pour l\u2019industrie tout en devenant un acteur du recyclage des produits technologiques.<\/b><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em>&#8220;MeCaWaRe va apporter quelque chose de vital pour l&#8217;industrie europ\u00e9enne&#8221;<\/em> affirme Arnaud Villers d&#8217;Arbouet, futur CEO de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 MeCaWaRe qui sera cr\u00e9\u00e9e d\u00e9but 2020, rappelant que les industriels des pays europ\u00e9ens n\u2019ont actuellement pas acc\u00e8s aux terres rares et aux m\u00e9taux strat\u00e9giques comme mati\u00e8re premi\u00e8re qui sont majoritairement sous contr\u00f4le des pays asiatiques.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\"><strong><b>Un contexte favorable<\/b><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Pleinement consciente de ce contexte et de ces enjeux, Mecaware cr\u00e9e les conditions d\u2019\u00e9mergence de fili\u00e8res de production de produits technologiques, en particulier des batteries que l\u2019on retrouve dans tout objet moderne avec une forte croissance des besoins futurs. <em>&#8220;Les structures nationales (BPI France, Ademe \u2026) et r\u00e9gionales sont \u00e9galement tr\u00e8s dynamiques pour soutenir ces innovations de rupture, en particulier pour la Deep Tech&#8221;<\/em> se r\u00e9jouit Arnaud Villers d&#8217;Arbouet.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\"><strong><b>Une technologie couverte par 3 brevets \u00a0soutenus par PULSALYS<\/b><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Le <a href=\"#.XXIa5ygzY2w\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><u>proc\u00e9d\u00e9 chimique<\/u><\/a>\u00a0mis au point par le Professeur Julien Leclaire, responsable du Laboratoire Chimie Supramol\u00e9culaire Appliqu\u00e9e au sein de l\u2019ICMBS (UDL) repose sur l\u2019utilisation de diff\u00e9rents produits dont le CO<sub>2<\/sub>. La technologie au centre du projet est issue de ses travaux de recherche initi\u00e9s au sein\u00a0de l\u2019Institut des Sciences Mol\u00e9culaires de Marseille\u00a0(ISM2: Aix Marseille Universit\u00e9\/\u00a0Centrale Marseille\/CNRS) et poursuivis \u00e0 Lyon. <em>&#8220;Apr\u00e8s une premi\u00e8re phase de maturation\u00a0par la SATT Sud Est cette technologie a b\u00e9n\u00e9fici\u00e9 d\u2019un investissement significatif de PULSALYS\u00a0pour caract\u00e9riser\u00a0le processus en laboratoire et\u00a0le\u00a0prot\u00e9ger par brevet&#8221;<\/em> indique Nicolas Mousset*, Directeur des Op\u00e9rations chez PULSALYS. Le processus\u00a0permet en flux continu d&#8217;obtenir s\u00e9lectivement les m\u00e9taux strat\u00e9giques avec un haut niveau de rendement et un tr\u00e8s haut niveau de puret\u00e9 (de 98 \u00e0 99,9 %). <em>&#8220;MeCaWaRe s\u2019inscrit dans une d\u00e9marche vertueuse permettant de produire des m\u00e9taux strat\u00e9giques dans des conditions technico-\u00e9conomiques performantes&#8221;<\/em> explique A.
