La cr\u00e9ation d&#8217;AVCare par le Pr. Serge Timsit et Jean-Marc Herber a \u00e9t\u00e9 accompagn\u00e9e par la SATT Ouest Valorisation. Ainsi, dans ce contexte,\u00a0Acticor Biotech et la SATT Ouest Valorisation ont conclus un accord de sous-licence octroyant \u00e0 Acticor les droits mondiaux de d\u00e9velopper et d\u2019exploiter le biomarqueur de l\u2019AVC.<\/p>\n<p>En novembre 2019, Acticor Biotech a lev\u00e9 7 millions d&#8217;euros suppl\u00e9mentaires pour compl\u00e9ter sa S\u00e9rie B \u00e0 hauteur de 22,3 millions d\u2019euros. Ce financement suppl\u00e9mentaire permettra \u00e0 l&#8217;entreprise d\u2019\u00e9tendre son essai clinique ACTIMIS aux \u00c9tats-Unis. ACTIMIS est un essai clinique de phase II concernant le traitement de l\u2019AVC isch\u00e9mique aigu testant le glenzocimab (ACT017), son candidat-m\u00e9dicament.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Vincent Lamande, <\/strong>Pr\u00e9sident de la SATT Ouest Valorisation, insiste :\u00a0<em>\u00ab Ce type d\u2019op\u00e9ration confirme notre soutien ind\u00e9fectible et notre adaptabilit\u00e9 pour soutenir l\u2019excellence de la recherche publique de notre territoire.
