Hoang BUI et de Mme H\u00e9l\u00e8ne BURLET, copilote pour le CEA du Programme et Equipements Prioritaires (PEPR) H2, le programme Pr\u00e9maturation-Maturation H2DEC vise \u00e0 acc\u00e9l\u00e9rer le d\u00e9veloppement et le transfert vers l\u2019industrie des innovations issues de la recherche publique fran\u00e7aise en mati\u00e8re d\u2019hydrog\u00e8ne d\u00e9carbon\u00e9.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #c90f4c;\"><strong>H2DEC<\/strong> <\/span>un consortium de 18 partenaires mobilis\u00e9s pour d\u00e9velopper des projets d\u2019innovation \u00e0 haut potentiel dans le domaine de l\u2019hydrog\u00e8ne d\u00e9carbon\u00e9. Le consortium r\u00e9unit des laboratoires de recherche et leurs structures de transfert de technologies dont les comp\u00e9tences sont reconnues pour couvrir les enjeux de la cha\u00eene de la valeur de l\u2019hydrog\u00e8ne d\u00e9carbon\u00e9 : production, transport, stockage et conversion. Les comp\u00e9tences et r\u00e9alisations <span style=\"color: #c90f4c;\"><strong>d\u2019H2DEC<\/strong><\/span>, en mati\u00e8re de pr\u00e9-maturation et de maturation de projets technologiques, seront mises au service de la Strat\u00e9gie Nationale d\u2019Acc\u00e9l\u00e9ration d\u00e9di\u00e9e \u00e0 l\u2019hydrog\u00e8ne d\u00e9carbon\u00e9 qui a mis en premi\u00e8re priorit\u00e9 la production d\u2019hydrog\u00e8ne d\u00e9carbon\u00e9 pour r\u00e9pondre aux enjeux de la d\u00e9carbonation de l\u2019\u00e9conomie et la baisse des \u00e9missions de gaz \u00e0 effet de serre.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019ambition du dispositif est d\u2019accompagner pr\u00e8s de 65 projets en pr\u00e9-maturation et une trentaine de projets en maturation sur l\u2019ensemble de la p\u00e9riode 2023-2027. Il prend le relais du PEPR qui, par ses 19 projets de recherche amont, va nourrir le flux d\u2019innovations \u00e0 fort potentiel pour les industriels et le march\u00e9. Les projets retenus pourront b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier d\u2019un accompagnement et d\u2019un abondement financier pouvant aller jusqu\u2019\u00e0 80 000 euros en phase de pr\u00e9-maturation (TRL 2 \u00e0 3) et jusqu\u2019\u00e0 300 000 euros pour la maturation (TRL 3 \u00e0 6). Le volet pr\u00e9-maturation a \u00e9t\u00e9 confi\u00e9 \u00e0 la SATT Sayens et le volet maturation est port\u00e9 par la SATT Linksium.<\/p>\n<p>Dans le contexte actuel de r\u00e9chauffement climatique, de crise \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique et de d\u00e9sindustrialisation, l\u2019hydrog\u00e8ne constitue un atout majeur. Il est donc important de relever les d\u00e9fis li\u00e9s au changement climatique et \u00e0 la r\u00e9duction des \u00e9missions de gaz \u00e0 effet de serre.
