Avec plus de 1 300 entreprises, dont 93 % de PME et TPE, et un volume estim\u00e9 \u00e0 28 milliards d'euros, la France est le deuxi\u00e8me march\u00e9 europ\u00e9en des technologies m\u00e9dicales.<\/p>\n<p>Les startups medtech promettent de r\u00e9volutionner le secteur avec des solutions innovantes de chirurgie mini-invasive, d\u00e9livrance de m\u00e9dicaments, surveillance et de monitoring ou encore des objets m\u00e9dicaux connect\u00e9s et intelligents. Mais elles sont confront\u00e9es \u00e0 de nouveaux enjeux\u00a0: entr\u00e9e en vigueur de nouveaux r\u00e8glements, augmentation du co\u00fbt des mati\u00e8res premi\u00e8res, difficult\u00e9s de financement. Dans ce contexte, le volet \u00ab dispositif m\u00e9dicaux \u00bb de France 2030 annonc\u00e9 en 2022 et dot\u00e9 d\u2019un montant de 400 millions d\u2019euros a pour objectif d\u2019investir massivement dans le d\u00e9veloppement de technologies de dispositifs strat\u00e9giques, de faciliter l\u2019acc\u00e8s des \u00e9tablissements de sant\u00e9 aux dispositifs m\u00e9dicaux innovants, de soutenir des projets d\u2019industrialisation, et de r\u00e9duire les d\u00e9lais d\u2019acc\u00e8s au march\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Les SATT jouent un r\u00f4le d\u00e9terminant en permettant de transformer les d\u00e9couvertes scientifiques en innovations de rupture adapt\u00e9es au secteur de la sant\u00e9<\/strong>, qu'il s'agisse de nouveaux outils diagnostiques, de th\u00e9rapies innovantes, de dispositifs m\u00e9dicaux ou encore de solutions d'intelligence artificielle appliqu\u00e9es. Utilis\u00e9 en compl\u00e9ment de la prise en charge traditionnelle, il vise \u00e0 renforcer la motivation des patients, notamment des enfants, et \u00e0 optimiser l\u2019intensit\u00e9 et le suivi de la r\u00e9\u00e9ducation. La solution permet de gamifier les exercices de marche en environnement r\u00e9el, sans contrainte de mouvement, tout en respectant le sch\u00e9ma naturel de marche. Elle agit comme un assistant num\u00e9rique du th\u00e9rapeute en facilitant le suivi des performances et l\u2019adaptation des exercices \u00e0 la progression du patient. Objectif : transformer une chirurgie lourde en acte mini-invasif ambulatoire. Bypass Solutions entame actuellement une phase de validation clinique de son DM en vue d'une mise sur le march\u00e9 \u00e0 partir de 2028. Issu de l\u2019expertise clinique du Dr \u00c9ric Dumas de La Roque au CHU de Bordeaux, le projet vise \u00e0 remplacer les pratiques actuelles, invasives et traumatiques, par une administration mini\u2011invasive du surfactant. Class\u00e9 comme drug delivery system, EndoSurf repose sur un cath\u00e9ter multi\u2011canaux permettant l\u2019a\u00e9rosolisation contr\u00f4l\u00e9e du surfactant en micro\u2011gouttelettes directement en zone intratrach\u00e9ale, sous contr\u00f4le visuel et avec apport d\u2019air et d\u2019oxyg\u00e8ne. Cette approche r\u00e9duit les complications cardio\u2011respiratoires, \u00e9vite l\u2019intubation lourde et am\u00e9liore la tol\u00e9rance, l\u2019efficacit\u00e9 et la rapidit\u00e9 de la prise en charge des pr\u00e9matur\u00e9s, qu\u2019ils soient stables ou ventil\u00e9s. Il repose sur l\u2019utilisation du fragment C\u2011terminal de la prot\u00e9ine Fibrillin\u20111, identifi\u00e9 comme ayant des propri\u00e9t\u00e9s pro\u2011angiog\u00e9niques. Les plaies chroniques se caract\u00e9risent par une vascularisation insuffisante, limitant la r\u00e9g\u00e9n\u00e9ration tissulaire et conduisant \u00e0 des \u00e9checs th\u00e9rapeutiques r\u00e9p\u00e9t\u00e9s. La technologie d\u00e9velopp\u00e9e permettrait d\u2019int\u00e9grer cette prot\u00e9ine recombinante dans un pansement actif capable de stimuler la formation de micro\u2011vaisseaux au site de la plaie. En l\u2019absence actuelle de solutions cliniques favorisant sp\u00e9cifiquement l\u2019angiogen\u00e8se, ce projet constitue une innovation de rupture dans la prise en charge des plaies non cicatrisantes. La finalit\u00e9 de PEASY est de proposer une solution permettant de s\u2019affranchir de ces d\u00e9faillances tout en assurant au patient un confort d\u2019utilisation et une \u00e9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9 optimale. Ce projet a donn\u00e9 naissance \u00e0 la startp HyriaMed port\u00e9e par Nicolas Dubost et Fabienne Hirigoyenberry-Lanson.
