En transformant les d\u00e9couvertes scientifiques en innovations de rupture, les SATT acc\u00e9l\u00e8rent l'\u00e9mergence de solutions concr\u00e8tes pour r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 ces d\u00e9fis. D\u00e9couvrez huit startups et technologies issues du travail des SATT, illustrant la capacit\u00e9 de la recherche fran\u00e7aise \u00e0 r\u00e9pondre aux enjeux actuels et futurs de la sant\u00e9 cardiovasculaire.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><div id=\"pg-47941-1\"  class=\"panel-grid panel-no-style\" ><div id=\"pgc-47941-1-0\"  class=\"panel-grid-cell\" ><div id=\"panel-47941-1-0-0\" class=\"so-panel widget widget_sow-editor panel-first-child panel-last-child\" data-index=\"1\" ><div\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\tclass=\"so-widget-sow-editor so-widget-sow-editor-base\"\n\t\t\t\n\t\t>\n<div class=\"siteorigin-widget-tinymce textwidget\">\n\t<p>En France, la recherche sur les maladies cardiovasculaires constitue une priorit\u00e9 de sant\u00e9 publique, port\u00e9e par des organismes tels que l'Inserm, le CNRS, les CHU et plusieurs centres hospitalo-universitaires sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9s. Les travaux actuels portent notamment sur la pr\u00e9vention des facteurs de risque (hypertension, diab\u00e8te, ob\u00e9sit\u00e9, tabagisme), l'am\u00e9lioration du d\u00e9pistage pr\u00e9coce, le d\u00e9veloppement de nouvelles th\u00e9rapies ainsi que l'utilisation de l'intelligence artificielle pour le diagnostic et la pr\u00e9diction des \u00e9v\u00e9nements cardiovasculaires. Malgr\u00e9 les progr\u00e8s r\u00e9alis\u00e9s, les maladies cardiovasculaires demeurent la deuxi\u00e8me cause de mortalit\u00e9 sur le territoire, avec environ 150 000 d\u00e9c\u00e8s et plus d'un million d'hospitalisations chaque ann\u00e9e, ce qui souligne la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 de poursuivre les efforts et de renforcer les strat\u00e9gies de pr\u00e9vention et de prise en charge.<\/p>\n<p>L'innovation dans le domaine des maladies cardiovasculaires conna\u00eet une forte acc\u00e9l\u00e9ration gr\u00e2ce aux progr\u00e8s des biotechnologies, du num\u00e9rique et de l'intelligence artificielle.\u00a0 Des avanc\u00e9es qui sont notamment le fruit des collaborations entre la recherche acad\u00e9mique, les \u00e9tablissements de sant\u00e9, les industriels et les startups deeptech, qui contribuent \u00e0 am\u00e9liorer la pr\u00e9vention, le diagnostic, la prise en charge et la qualit\u00e9 de vie des patients. Dans ce contexte, le plan France 2030 finance des projets de recherche et d'innovation en sant\u00e9 appliqu\u00e9e aux maladies cardiovasculaires. L'Agence nationale de la recherche (ANR) \u00e9galement r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement des appels \u00e0 projets finan\u00e7ant des travaux de recherche fondamentale et clinique sur le sujet.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Les SATT jouent un r\u00f4le d\u00e9terminant en permettant de transformer les d\u00e9couvertes scientifiques en innovations de rupture adapt\u00e9es au secteur de la sant\u00e9<\/strong>, qu'il s'agisse de nouveaux outils diagnostiques, de th\u00e9rapies innovantes, de dispositifs m\u00e9dicaux ou encore de solutions d'intelligence artificielle appliqu\u00e9es. Ces compos\u00e9s montrent une efficacit\u00e9 antithrombotique tr\u00e8s importante, mais \u00e9galement un risque h\u00e9morragique moindre gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 leur action sur les microthromboses. En permettant aux cardiologues d\u2019anticiper les zones pathologiques et les strat\u00e9gies d\u2019ablation, inHEART r\u00e9duit la dur\u00e9e des proc\u00e9dures, am\u00e9liore leur efficacit\u00e9 et diminue le risque de r\u00e9cidive. Implant\u00e9 par voie transapicale au moyen d\u2019un abord chirurgical limit\u00e9, le dispositif se fixe sous un des feuillets de la valve pour le soutenir et am\u00e9liorer le contact avec le feuillet oppos\u00e9 lors de la fermeture. L\u2019objectif est de r\u00e9duire la fuite sanguine sans remplacer la valve. Cette approche repose sur un implant unique et vise \u00e0 restaurer le fonctionnement naturel de la valve.
