D\u00e9couvrez onze startups et technologies issues du travail des SATT, illustrant la capacit\u00e9 de la recherche fran\u00e7aise \u00e0 r\u00e9pondre aux enjeux actuels et futurs de la sant\u00e9 cardiovasculaire.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><div id=\"pg-48019-1\"  class=\"panel-grid panel-no-style\" ><div id=\"pgc-48019-1-0\"  class=\"panel-grid-cell\" ><div id=\"panel-48019-1-0-0\" class=\"so-panel widget widget_sow-editor panel-first-child panel-last-child\" data-index=\"1\" ><div\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\tclass=\"so-widget-sow-editor so-widget-sow-editor-base\"\n\t\t\t\n\t\t>\n<div class=\"siteorigin-widget-tinymce textwidget\">\n\t<p>Les maladies infectieuses \u00e9mergentes et r\u00e9-\u00e9mergentes constituent un enjeu majeur de sant\u00e9 publique, comme l'a d\u00e9montr\u00e9 la pand\u00e9mie de Covid-19, dont les cons\u00e9quences ont profond\u00e9ment affect\u00e9 les syst\u00e8mes de sant\u00e9, les soci\u00e9t\u00e9s et les \u00e9conomies. Dans ce contexte, la recherche et l'innovation sont indispensables pour mieux comprendre ces maladies, d\u00e9velopper de nouvelles solutions de pr\u00e9vention, de diagnostic et de traitement, et renforcer la pr\u00e9paration aux futures crises sanitaires. La France occupe une position de premier plan dans ce domaine gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 un \u00e9cosyst\u00e8me associant organismes de recherche (Inserm, CNRS, Institut Pasteur), universit\u00e9s, CHU et startups deeptech, soutenu par l'ANRS Maladies Infectieuses \u00c9mergentes et le plan France 2030. Malgr\u00e9 un ralentissement des financements depuis la pand\u00e9mie, la dynamique reste forte, port\u00e9e par les d\u00e9fis croissants li\u00e9s aux maladies \u00e9mergentes et \u00e0 l'antibior\u00e9sistance. L'enjeu est d\u00e9sormais de renforcer les capacit\u00e9s de r\u00e9ponse \u00e0 grande \u00e9chelle afin de mieux prot\u00e9ger les populations les plus vuln\u00e9rables, en France comme \u00e0 l'international.<\/p>\n<p>Afin de mieux pr\u00e9parer la France aux futures crises sanitaires, le Gouvernement a lanc\u00e9 une strat\u00e9gie nationale d'acc\u00e9l\u00e9ration d\u00e9di\u00e9e aux maladies infectieuses \u00e9mergentes (MIE) et aux menaces nucl\u00e9aires, radiologiques, biologiques et chimiques (MN). Cette strat\u00e9gie vise \u00e0 renforcer les capacit\u00e9s de compr\u00e9hension, de pr\u00e9vention, de d\u00e9tection et de r\u00e9ponse face aux risques sanitaires, qu'ils soient d'origine naturelle, accidentelle ou intentionnelle, afin de limiter leur impact sur les populations. Le\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.satt.fr\/book-catriem\/\"><strong>Consortium d\u2019Acc\u00e9l\u00e9ration et de Transfert pour la R\u00e9ponse aux Infections Emergentes et aux Menaces (CATRIEM)<\/strong><\/a><strong>, dont l\u2019Inserm Transfert et la SATT Pulsalys sont chef de file,<\/strong>\u00a0vise \u00e0 intensifier et \u00e0 renforcer la chaine d\u2019accompagnement de projets d\u2019innovation \u00e0 fort potentiel, et \u00e0 acc\u00e9l\u00e9rer leur transfert vers le monde socio-\u00e9conomique, au b\u00e9n\u00e9fice de la SNA MIE-MNRBC. L\u2019ambition est de structurer un portefeuille de projets, comp\u00e9titifs \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9chelle internationale, capable de r\u00e9tablir une souverainet\u00e9 de la France dans ce domaine.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Les SATT jouent un r\u00f4le d\u00e9terminant en permettant de transformer les d\u00e9couvertes scientifiques en innovations de rupture adapt\u00e9es au secteur de la sant\u00e9<\/strong>, qu'il s'agisse de nouveaux outils diagnostiques, de th\u00e9rapies innovantes, de dispositifs m\u00e9dicaux ou encore de solutions d'intelligence artificielle appliqu\u00e9es. Il vise \u00e0 d\u00e9velopper un traitement innovant ciblant la r\u00e9plication virale du SARS\u2011CoV\u20112. Les \u00e9quipes ont d\u00e9j\u00e0 identifi\u00e9 de nouvelles mol\u00e9cules capables de bloquer l\u2019entr\u00e9e du virus dans les cellules, ouvrant la voie \u00e0 une approche th\u00e9rapeutique originale contre la Covid\u201119. Le projet s\u2019inscrit dans une dynamique de solutions th\u00e9rapeutiques transf\u00e9rables vers le monde clinique et industriel. Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 son approche innovante et \u00e0 sa technologie plateforme de bioproduction de sucres complexes, industrialisable et \u00e9co-responsable, AIS Biotech ambitionne de d\u00e9velopper un pipeline d\u2019anti-infectieux ciblant des pathologies \u00e0 fort besoin m\u00e9dical. En 2025, AIS Biotech annonce une lev\u00e9e de fonds de 1,5 million d\u2019euros pour acc\u00e9l\u00e9rer le d\u00e9veloppement de son traitement antiviral Glycoflu, un spray nasal \u00e0 base de glycopolym\u00e8res, con\u00e7u pour bloquer le virus de la grippe d\u00e8s la premi\u00e8re \u00e9tape de l\u2019infection. Certaines esp\u00e8ces deviennent r\u00e9sistantes aux traitements actuels, ce qui complique fortement leur prise en charge. Le projet <strong>CANDITARGET<\/strong> vise \u00e0 d\u00e9velopper de nouveaux antifongiques innovants, efficaces m\u00eame sur des souches r\u00e9sistantes et sans toxicit\u00e9 pour l\u2019homme, afin d\u2019offrir une nouvelle solution th\u00e9rapeutique. Ces infections, souvent transmises par des vecteurs ou issues de la faune sauvage, repr\u00e9sentent un enjeu majeur de sant\u00e9 publique mondiale. Le compos\u00e9 d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 pr\u00e9sente une activit\u00e9 antivirale forte, une faible toxicit\u00e9 cellulaire et une cible identifi\u00e9e, avec une application potentielle \u00e0 large spectre contre les virus \u00e9mergents. Le principe d\u2019action est celui du cheval de Troie, dans lequel la bact\u00e9rie active elle-m\u00eame l\u2019action th\u00e9rapeutique en croyant se prot\u00e9ger. La soci\u00e9t\u00e9 optimise actuellement ces mol\u00e9cules pour permettre leur entr\u00e9e en phase clinique fin 2027.
