D\u00e9couvrez quatorze startups et technologies issues du travail des SATT, illustrant la capacit\u00e9 de la recherche fran\u00e7aise \u00e0 r\u00e9pondre aux enjeux actuels et futurs de la neurologie et de la psychiatrie.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><div id=\"pg-48051-1\"  class=\"panel-grid panel-no-style\" ><div id=\"pgc-48051-1-0\"  class=\"panel-grid-cell\" ><div id=\"panel-48051-1-0-0\" class=\"so-panel widget widget_sow-editor panel-first-child panel-last-child\" data-index=\"1\" ><div\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\tclass=\"so-widget-sow-editor so-widget-sow-editor-base\"\n\t\t\t\n\t\t>\n<div class=\"siteorigin-widget-tinymce textwidget\">\n\t<p>La France est l'un des principaux acteurs europ\u00e9ens de la recherche sur les maladies neurologiques et psychiatriques gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 des organismes tels que l'Inserm, le CNRS, les universit\u00e9s, les CHU et les Instituts Hospitalo-Universitaires (IHU). Les maladies neurologiques et les troubles psychiatriques repr\u00e9sentent un enjeu majeur de sant\u00e9 publique. En France, les troubles mentaux concernent environ 8,5 millions de personnes et constituent le premier poste de d\u00e9penses de l'Assurance maladie, avec 26,2 milliards d'euros par an, soit pr\u00e8s de 14 % des d\u00e9penses de sant\u00e9. Les avanc\u00e9es en g\u00e9n\u00e9tique, en neurosciences, en intelligence artificielle et en m\u00e9decine de pr\u00e9cision ouvrent aujourd'hui des perspectives prometteuses pour transformer la pr\u00e9vention, le diagnostic et la prise en charge des pathologies.<\/p>\n<p>Pour r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 ces enjeux, l'\u00c9tat soutient la recherche \u00e0 travers le plan France 2030, qui finance plusieurs Programmes et \u00c9quipements Prioritaires de Recherche (PEPR) pilot\u00e9s par l'Inserm, notamment dans les domaines de la psychiatrie de pr\u00e9cision, des neurotechnologies, de la sant\u00e9 num\u00e9rique et des maladies neurod\u00e9g\u00e9n\u00e9ratives. Il a \u00e9galement mis en place des strat\u00e9gies nationales, comme le Plan national Maladies neurod\u00e9g\u00e9n\u00e9ratives, la Strat\u00e9gie nationale pour l'autisme et les troubles du neurod\u00e9veloppement et le programme Sant\u00e9 mentale et psychiatrie 2025-2030, afin de renforcer la recherche, la pr\u00e9vention et la qualit\u00e9 de la prise en charge.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Les SATT jouent un r\u00f4le d\u00e9terminant en permettant de transformer les d\u00e9couvertes scientifiques en innovations de rupture adapt\u00e9es au secteur de la sant\u00e9<\/strong>, qu'il s'agisse de nouveaux outils diagnostiques, de th\u00e9rapies innovantes, de dispositifs m\u00e9dicaux ou encore de solutions d'intelligence artificielle appliqu\u00e9es. Il repose sur l\u2019utilisation de siRNA encapsul\u00e9s dans des nanoparticules de squal\u00e8ne afin de normaliser l\u2019expression de la prot\u00e9ine impliqu\u00e9e dans la pathologie. Cette strat\u00e9gie de nanom\u00e9decine constitue une approche innovante face \u00e0 l\u2019absence de traitement curatif.
