Il est donc crucial de soutenir la recherche et l\u2019innovation afin de d\u00e9velopper des outils th\u00e9rapeutiques innovants, d'am\u00e9liorer ou de d\u00e9velopper des mat\u00e9riaux implantables capables de favoriser, acc\u00e9l\u00e9rer ou restaurer la r\u00e9paration des tissus et des organes. En transformant les d\u00e9couvertes scientifiques en innovations de rupture, les SATT acc\u00e9l\u00e8rent l'\u00e9mergence de solutions concr\u00e8tes pour r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 ces d\u00e9fis. D\u00e9couvrez douze startups et technologies issues du travail des SATT, illustrant la capacit\u00e9 de la recherche fran\u00e7aise \u00e0 r\u00e9pondre aux enjeux actuels et futurs li\u00e9s \u00e0 la m\u00e9decine r\u00e9paratrice.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><div id=\"pg-48113-1\"  class=\"panel-grid panel-no-style\" ><div id=\"pgc-48113-1-0\"  class=\"panel-grid-cell\" ><div id=\"panel-48113-1-0-0\" class=\"so-panel widget widget_sow-editor panel-first-child panel-last-child\" data-index=\"1\" ><div\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\tclass=\"so-widget-sow-editor so-widget-sow-editor-base\"\n\t\t\t\n\t\t>\n<div class=\"siteorigin-widget-tinymce textwidget\">\n\t<p>La France dispose d\u2019un \u00e9cosyst\u00e8me de recherche solide en m\u00e9decine r\u00e9paratrice et r\u00e9g\u00e9n\u00e9rative, \u00e0 l\u2019interface des th\u00e9rapies cellulaires et g\u00e9niques, de l\u2019ing\u00e9nierie tissulaire, de la bio-impression 3D et des biomat\u00e9riaux. L\u2019Inserm, le CEA, le CNRS, les universit\u00e9s, les CHU et l\u2019\u00c9tablissement fran\u00e7ais du sang en constituent les principaux acteurs, avec un renforcement des collaborations public-priv\u00e9. L\u2019enjeu est d\u00e9sormais de transformer cette excellence scientifique en innovations accessibles aux patients, en levant plusieurs verrous : passage \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9chelle industrielle, standardisation et s\u00e9curisation des proc\u00e9d\u00e9s, r\u00e9duction des co\u00fbts, infrastructures de bioproduction, acc\u00e9l\u00e9ration des essais cliniques et transfert des innovations vers les h\u00f4pitaux et les industriels.<\/p>\n<p>Dans le cadre de France 2030 et de la strat\u00e9gie Innovation Sant\u00e9 2030, l\u2019\u00c9tat soutient cette dynamique \u00e0 travers notamment le PEPR Bioth\u00e9rapies et Bioproduction de Th\u00e9rapies Innovantes, dot\u00e9 de 80 millions d\u2019euros sur sept ans, qui rassemble pr\u00e8s de 60 laboratoires et finance des recherches sur les th\u00e9rapies cellulaires, tissulaires et g\u00e9niques. France 2030 accompagne \u00e9galement le d\u00e9veloppement des dispositifs m\u00e9dicaux implantables, de la robotique chirurgicale et des technologies de rupture. Ces dispositifs sont particuli\u00e8rement importants pour les startups deeptech, confront\u00e9es \u00e0 des cycles de d\u00e9veloppement longs et \u00e0 des besoins de financement \u00e9lev\u00e9s en raison des validations scientifiques, cliniques, r\u00e9glementaires et industrielles.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Les SATT jouent un r\u00f4le d\u00e9terminant en permettant de transformer les d\u00e9couvertes scientifiques en innovations de rupture adapt\u00e9es au secteur de la sant\u00e9<\/strong>, qu'il s'agisse de nouveaux outils diagnostiques, de th\u00e9rapies innovantes, de dispositifs m\u00e9dicaux ou encore de solutions d'intelligence artificielle appliqu\u00e9es. La startup d\u00e9veloppe une nouvelle g\u00e9n\u00e9ration de valves cardiaques totalement biologiques et humaines, con\u00e7ues gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la technologie Cell\u2011Assembled extracellular Matrix (CAM). Contrairement aux valves d\u2019origine animale ou m\u00e9canique, ces implants visent \u00e0 limiter les risques de rejet, am\u00e9liorer l\u2019int\u00e9gration tissulaire et offrir une durabilit\u00e9 accrue. BioValve Therapeutics ambitionne de r\u00e9pondre aux besoins non couverts des patients atteints de valvulopathies, notamment dans les approches d\u2019implantation mini\u2011invasives. En orthop\u00e9die, elle permet la fixation entre fragments osseux et\/ou la consolidation de fractures distales au moyen de plaques; la colle venant remplacer les vis de fixation. En dentaire, elle permet l' \"immediate placement\" c'est-\u00e0-dire la pose de proth\u00e8se imm\u00e9diatement apr\u00e8s extraction dentaire. Cette colle peut \u00eatre fonctionnalis\u00e9e en y incorporant des principes actifs (antalgiques, antibiotiques, anti-infectieux\u2026) qui seront relargu\u00e9s progressivement. La proth\u00e8se imprim\u00e9e en 3D \u00e0 partir de mati\u00e8res naturelles a en effet la capacit\u00e9 de permettre une r\u00e9g\u00e9n\u00e9ration des tissus de la patiente et de se r\u00e9sorber dans les mois suivant l\u2019intervention pour ne laisser place qu\u2019aux tissus d\u2019origine. Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 cet implant transitoire et naturel, la patiente retrouve ainsi son propre sein en quelques mois. Le principal produit de Lamina, lamina.ONE, est la seule membrane fonctionnalis\u00e9e dot\u00e9e d'un m\u00e9canisme de lib\u00e9ration contr\u00f4l\u00e9e d'hormones de croissance et ensemenc\u00e9e de cellules souches, offrant une action th\u00e9rapeutique hybride pour r\u00e9parer le cartilage ainsi que de l'os sous-chondral. Cet hydrogel est constitu\u00e9 d\u2019un m\u00e9lange de chitosan de grade m\u00e9dical et de deux fractions, soluble et insoluble d'un m\u00eame polym\u00e8re de cyclodextrine. Cet hydrogel permet le traitement des troubles ost\u00e9oarticulaires gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 ses propri\u00e9t\u00e9s lubrifiantes et d'ammortissement et de ce fait r\u00e9duit la douleur et l'inflammation li\u00e9s \u00e0 l'arthrose. Leur premier produit en cours de d\u00e9veloppement est un dispositif de monitoring continu permettant de d\u00e9tecter de mani\u00e8re pr\u00e9coce et en ambulatoire la formation d'un thrombus veineux ou art\u00e9riel au niveau du greffon suite \u00e0 une reconstruction mammaire par la technique du lambeau libre. Ce dispositif a vocation \u00e0 r\u00e9duire les dur\u00e9es d'hospitalisation ainsi que les risques de perte du greffon.
