En transformant les d\u00e9couvertes scientifiques en innovations de rupture, les SATT acc\u00e9l\u00e8rent l'\u00e9mergence de solutions concr\u00e8tes pour r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 ces d\u00e9fis. Il associe de grands groupes industriels, des laboratoires, des \u00e9tablissements hospitalo-universitaires ainsi qu\u2019un tissu croissant de start-up sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9es. La recherche publique s\u2019appuie notamment sur l\u2019Inserm, le CNRS, le CEA, Inria, les universit\u00e9s, les CHU, l\u2019Institut Pasteur et l\u2019Institut Curie. Ces acteurs contribuent au d\u00e9veloppement d\u2019innovations en diagnostic mol\u00e9culaire, imagerie, biotechnologies, IA et sant\u00e9 num\u00e9rique, en rapprochant recherche fondamentale, expertise clinique et d\u00e9veloppement technologique.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019enjeu est d\u00e9sormais de transformer cette capacit\u00e9 de recherche en innovations industrialis\u00e9es et effectivement utilis\u00e9es dans le syst\u00e8me de soins : acc\u00e9l\u00e9rer les preuves cliniques, am\u00e9liorer l\u2019acc\u00e8s aux donn\u00e9es de sant\u00e9, ma\u00eetriser les exigences r\u00e9glementaires europ\u00e9ennes, faciliter l\u2019acc\u00e8s au march\u00e9 et au remboursement, et renforcer la capacit\u00e9 de production fran\u00e7aise. Pour r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 ces enjeux, l\u2019\u00c9tat a fait de l\u2019innovation en sant\u00e9 un axe majeur de France 2030 et du Plan Innovation Sant\u00e9 2030. France 2030 finance notamment des appels \u00e0 projets d\u00e9di\u00e9s \u00e0 l\u2019imagerie m\u00e9dicale, dot\u00e9s de 90 millions d\u2019euros, ainsi que des projets exploitant les donn\u00e9es et l\u2019IA pour am\u00e9liorer le diagnostic, notamment \u00e0 travers les Data Challenges en sant\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Les SATT jouent un r\u00f4le d\u00e9terminant en permettant de transformer les d\u00e9couvertes scientifiques en innovations de rupture adapt\u00e9es au secteur de la sant\u00e9<\/strong>, qu'il s'agisse de nouveaux outils diagnostiques, de th\u00e9rapies innovantes, de dispositifs m\u00e9dicaux ou encore de solutions d'intelligence artificielle appliqu\u00e9es. Cette m\u00e9thode de d\u00e9pistage innovante permettra d'\u00e9tablir un diagnostic pr\u00e9dictif robuste et ainsi d\u2019assister les cliniciens dans l\u2019orientation th\u00e9rapeutique des patients. L\u2019outil fournit des informations quantitatives fiables pour guider le choix du traitement de recanalisation, m\u00eame en l\u2019absence d\u2019expertise sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9e sur place. Il am\u00e9liore la rapidit\u00e9, la pr\u00e9cision et l\u2019accessibilit\u00e9 du diagnostic en neuro-vasculaire, notamment en t\u00e9l\u00e9m\u00e9decine. L\u2019\u00e9quipe de Pr Timsit \u00e0 Brest, dans une analyse rigoureuse des donn\u00e9es d\u2019expression de g\u00e8nes sur des \u00e9chantillons sanguins pr\u00e9 et post-occlusion d\u2019un mod\u00e8le de primate non humain a identifi\u00e9 9 g\u00e8nes exprim\u00e9s de mani\u00e8re tr\u00e8s diff\u00e9rentielle dans le cerveau et dans le sang.\u00a0 Ces profils d'expression d'ARN du cerveau et du sang peuvent clairement diff\u00e9rencier les \u00e9tats isch\u00e9miques des \u00e9tats non isch\u00e9miques. L\u2019objectif de la maturation sera de valider la pertinence de cette signature de l\u2019AVC dans 3 groupes de patients : des patients sains, des patients pr\u00e9sentant un AVC h\u00e9morragique et des patients pr\u00e9sentant un AVC isch\u00e9mique. Ceci permettra ainsi d\u2019avoir acc\u00e8s \u00e0 un test biologique rapide pour le diagnostic des accidents vasculaires c\u00e9r\u00e9braux diff\u00e9renciant l\u2019AVC isch\u00e9mique de l'h\u00e9morragique et de l'AIT ou pour le pronostic de l'AVC. Cette technologie constitue d\u00e9sormais la base d\u2019un d\u00e9veloppement vers une reconstruction num\u00e9rique 2D\/3D compl\u00e8te de l\u2019organe examin\u00e9, ainsi que vers l\u2019int\u00e9gration de fonctionnalit\u00e9s avanc\u00e9es : d\u00e9tection automatis\u00e9e d\u2019\u00e9v\u00e9nements cliniques par IA, standardisation des donn\u00e9es endoscopiques et automatisation de la documentation m\u00e9dicale. Ces avanc\u00e9es ouvrent la voie \u00e0 une nouvelle g\u00e9n\u00e9ration d\u2019outils num\u00e9riques, plus pr\u00e9cis et plus complets, parfaitement int\u00e9gr\u00e9s \u00e0 la pratique des cliniciens.
