The image codec algorithms have been implemented in a new image format : 4Di. The main objectives of these technologies are the optimization of data compression, with highly reduced compression/decompression times, high quality of the decompressed data, low compression ratios, compatibility with external applications.
Development status
The image codec algorithms have been implemented in a new image format : 4Di. A demonstrator for the comparison with other formats has been developed (computer version) No software has been developed yet for the video and sound applications
